Q: Do the mobile sinks need plumbing?
A: No. All you need is a 240v mains electricity supply.
Q: Will I need to assemble the sink upon delivery?
A: No. All of our sinks come ready assembled. Just fill the clean container, plug it in and you are ready to go. However, full instructions are supplied.
Q: How much does delivery cost?
A: Delivery to mainland UK destinations is FREE. Please contact us about delivery to other locations.
Q: Can I pay by credit card?
A: Yes. Please order your sink, and we will contact you to discuss payment. We also accept payment by cheque or bank transfer.
Q: I need my sink now. How long will it take to get here?
A: We always aim to deliver your sink as soon as possible. Usual delivery times to mainland UK destinations are 3 days from date of order confirmation depending on stock availability. Contact us for further information.
Q: What if my sink stops working?
A: All of our sinks are covered by a 1 year warranty (click here for terms and conditions). We also offer servicing and hygiene packs after your warranty has elapsed.
Q: Is there a risk I could scald myself?
A: We have included a temperature cut off switch that automatically stops the flow of water if the temperature is too high. However, you should always be careful and check the temperature is comfortable for you.
