Refunds:
Goods are not supplied on a sale or return basis. Should an item need to be returned it must be returned in its original packaging and in an unused and re-saleable condition within 14 days of receipt of goods. Once the goods have been used or kept beyond 14 days they cannot be returned as they have deemed to have been accepted by the customer. There will be a a 15% restocking charge plus VAT for items returned unused within the first 14 days. Bespoke orders cannot be returned, and only reusable parts will be offered any refund. You should contact us to obtain an RMA number before returning goods. Returned Goods should be sent to our offices at 2a Achilles House, Calleva Park, Aldermaston, RG7 8RN. You are responsible for the arrangement, insurance and cost of returning any goods to us.

Refused Delivery:
If a delivery is refused once it has left our warehouse, you will be charged for both the cost of the delivery and the cost of return to our warehouse, in accordance with the delivery cost.

Cancellation Policy:
If an item is damaged in transit, The Mobile Sink Company will replace the damaged goods. However, if the replacement is refused and the item is cancelled by the customer, there will be a cancellation fee of £25 and an administration charge, that is 15% of the value of the item, will be added
